Terms of Service

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Passaggio ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. License Grant

Upon purchase, you are granted a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Passaggio on the number of devices specified by your edition:

  • Core, Studio, Ultimate: Up to 3 personal devices owned by the licensee.

This is a one-time purchase. There are no recurring fees or subscriptions.

2. What You Can Do

You may:

  • Install and use Passaggio on your personal devices (up to 3).
  • Make backup copies for archival purposes.
  • Sync your personally-owned music library to your iPods.
  • Use all features included in your purchased edition forever.

3. What You Cannot Do

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or give away your license to others.
  • Attempt to crack, hack, or modify the software.
  • Use the software for piracy or copyright infringement.
  • Post your license key publicly online.

4. Intellectual Property

Passaggio and all related trademarks, logos, and intellectual property are owned by sudo.guide. This license grants you the right to use the Software, not ownership of the Software itself.

iPod, iTunes, macOS, and Apple Lossless (ALAC) are trademarks of Apple Inc. Passaggio is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc.

5. Updates and Support

Your license includes lifetime access to updates for the edition you purchased. We may release new major versions or editions in the future, which may require a separate purchase.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with Passaggio for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked. Contact support@sudo.guide.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the Software will meet your specific requirements. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SUDO.GUIDE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGE TO YOUR DEVICES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Software.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sudo.guide from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of the Software in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must destroy all copies of the Software.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which sudo.guide operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Software after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
